Bobbi designs and presents comprehensive
leadership development programs, as well as customized training
on selected topics such as managing change, resolving conflict,
and building effective teams. She helps organizations develop
and clarify Vision, Mission and Operational Strategies,
utilizing highly innovative and inclusive processes. Finally,
she helps organizations build cohesive change strategies to
increase business focus, merge cultures, realign or restructure.
She pays attention to the technical, business and human aspects
of change and runs large group strategic planning and strategic
futures conferences to help organizations determine and realize
their preferred futures.
Bobbi has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology
from Douglass College and a Master's degree from Pennsylvania
State University. She has been a trainer, management consultant
and therapist. She is also the past President of the Delaware
Valley Chapter of the Association for Quality and Participation,
and has served on the boards and committees of numerous
professional organizations.
Bobbi has a very open, caring style that puts
people from all levels of the organization at ease when dealing
with highly complex and difficult transitions. She is
comfortable at all levels of the organization from the Boardroom
to the shop floor, and works in true seamless partnerships with
the client's internal staff.
