University of Maryland, and has more than 20 years experience in
the management and implementation of technology for fortune 500
corporations. His background includes research and development,
technology sales and marketing, technical group management, and staff development and training. Butch has a unique combination
of corporate line management experience, and strong
interpersonal and group facilitation skills.
Butch has extensive experience in the
development of global applied technology teams for international
Fortune 500 corporations. In this capacity, he developed
multi-cultural and cross-functional technology teams. He
currently focuses on the strategic integration of business and
technical processes for both large and small companies. Butch
utilizes his strong stand-up training and facilitation skills in
a wide variety of leadership and management development
